 We are looking for two full time candidates to fill the role. Duties will be determined based on experience. This job is temp to perm for the right fit, PERMANENT after 3 months. We are still in search of finding a reliable front end candidate and we kindly ask that you read this ad posting and apply only if you meet our requirements.

This position requires our main line be answered promptly starting 9 am to 5 pm from Monday to Friday.

This candidate cannot be late to work, requires micro-management, be absence or take off from work within the first 6 months. This is a receptionist customer service position thus reliability+punctuality is extremely important to the company.

We are a small company who needs a front end candidate who is extremely reliable, stable, punctual, self starter with NO personal interferences on the job whatsoever. And a willingness to learn the ins and outs of the company quickly without repeated training.

The job functions are simple with early growth potential.

About Our Company:

Our client is a solid, well established cleaning company who is expanding throughout the New York Metro area. Due to extreme demand, they are seeking an experienced inside sales representative to help expand the business and increase monthly revenue. The successful candidate must have experience in inside sales. The incumbent is expected to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.  In between client calls, assistance with general administrative duties will be expected such as managing staff and handling client complaints.

This polished individual must be able to act and think independently with little supervision after initial training. A take charge personality first work day and the initiative to get the ball rolling without reminders. Must be able to assist and work diligently alongside a polished business owner who has high expectations.

 The administrative office assistant Sales shark role job is demanding, fast pace, thus requires someone who can adapt to changes and carry out action items on their own.

Salary

$300.00  to $400.00 weekly + end of year bonus!

If monthly and quarterly sales quotas are met, the incumbent will be eligible for an annual bonus of $500.00 and up. Our call volume is heavy, all you have to do is book the jobs, rack up sales by following up and being extremely aggressive!

Availability:

Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (some weekend availability required)

About Owner:

Owner is extremely demanding, meticulous, and detailed.  Wants someone to think outside the box, sharp and is extremely reliable. This is not a job for a clock watcher or someone who just wants a temporary fix.  This individual must help owner rack up sales and help grow the business into a multi million cleaning service!

Company's Objective and Workplace Environment:

This is a very fast pace environment and requires someone quick and sharp. They are a growing company in need of a polished front person, well spoken candidate with top notch administrative and sales skills to help take the company to the next level (franchising, acquiring larger accounts, etc.). The person will have the opportunity to advance and help mold the company.

 We are looking for an assistant with sales SHARK LIKE mentality to help provide phone quotes, customer service and misc office duties.  Take charge personality, right hand person to the owner, willingness to learn, extremely organized, strong SALES skills and great speaking voice.

Your daily responsibilities will include the following:

  • Be able to rack up Sales $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

  • Respond quickly to online customer related inquiries

  • Accurately record clients information with minimal errors

  • Follow up with clients via email and phone

  • Monitor maid work schedules and confirm daily arrival of cleaning staff to each job

  • Problematic issues – go to person to handle customer complaints  

  • Address and handle problematic situations regarding no shows, plumbing issues, dissatisfied customers, etc.

  •  Managing one-time and reoccurring customers

  • Liaison with company business partners to land large accounts

  • Submit Weekly advertisement Ads

  • Provide daily job ticket to workers via phone or e-mail

  • Obtain maids weekly availability Monday to Sunday

  • Schedule company walk through of commercial properties

  • Enter new clients and maintain company database using our maid software

  • Manage and update daily to dos document and work on misc. projects

Technical Skills

  • Word  proficiency

  • Vista OS or XP OS

  • Flexibility

  • Intermediate Internet experience

  • Type at least 35 WPM

  • Great phone voice 

  • 6 months administrative assistant experience
