You arrived upon my very last
minute request and treated my father with respect and without judgement. You
work was better than expected. My parents home was in very bad shape. There
was so much cleaning to be done that it overwhelmed me and I never thought
that you would be able to do so much in so short a period of time. But you
both touched upon so many areas that you gave my parents an excellent start
by reducing the overwhelming amount of mess. I would definitely recommend

Priscilla was great. She came in and
asked alot of questions to make sure that she was incorporating all of my
needs into her schedule. She was very detail oriented. she moved
quickly through my large apartment. She made suggestions on ways that
I could maintain things myself. Very professional and I will

couldn't have asked for a more professional and caring cleaning team to
tackle our very intense, heavy cleaning job. Ideal not only did a
spectacular job of cleaning a long-neglected
apartment, but they were also very understanding about my elderly mother's
needs. I will definitley use them again--they were amazing.

I am a single mom with several health problems,
including anxiety and depression. I desperately needed help with my home as it
was in terrible condition and was further causing my mood to become worse. When
I contacted Ideal Cleaning Services and spoke to Ms. Edwards, she had the air of
an angel, I realized she was when she chose me to have volunteer services.
Ms. Edwards and her team are a God send! On top of my apartment being spotless,
neat, clutter free and smelling wonderful, their customer service skills were
magnificent. They were kind, caring and most importantly, non-judgemental. On
top of that, they were fun to be around!
Words cannot express how grateful I am for Ideal Cleaning Services! I can't
believe the kindness, efficiency and professionalism! Ms. Edwards is a wonderful
person which results in her employees being wonderful as well.
My 8 year old pretty much sums it up when he made the comment; "It looks like we
just moved into a brand new home"
