This chart is a basic guideline to follow but is subject to change on actual date of cleaning. These prices listed below may increase or decrease and is based on a per visit basis. 

Our Pricing Policies Are Influenced by These Factors:

• For additional/add on services an extra cost will incur

• Price is determined by the size of the place, degree of dirt build up, the amount of time spend

• Prices may vary based on number of bathrooms in apartment (example: a 1 BDRM with a 2 bathrooms would be priced as a 3 BDRMS)

• Clutter, distance (example: SI, LI, NJ), supplies

• Cat or dog hair

->Reoccurring Service- $22 hourly minimum of 4 hours ($88.00)

Initial Cleaning (Deep Cleaning) 1  or more cleaners

The 1^st initial cleaning is higher in price because it takes 4-8 hours depending on the size & and amount of work required. Maintenance cleaning thereafter demands less work.

Standard Hourly Cleaning Service Rates 

$22.00 - 4 hours req'd - Light Cleaning Services - light cleaning rates apply only to spaces that have been maintained by regular housekeeping and has 1 layer of dirt build up. 

$25.00 - 4 hours req'd -  Medium Cleaning Services - medium cleaning rates apply only to spaces that has been maintained once per month or every couple of weeks and has 2 layers of dirt build up.

$29.00 - 3 hours req'd- Deep Cleaning Services - Deep cleaning rates apply only to spaces that have NOT been maintained by regular housekeeping and has 3-4 layers of dirt build up.

$34.00 - 3 hours req'd - Heavy Duty Cleaning Services - heavy duty cleaning rates apply to spaces that have NOT been cleaned in years and has 4-6 layers of dirt build up.

$50.00 - 2 hours required - Construction Cleaning Services

Staten Island, Long Island, NJ Residents $26.00 MIN. +  4 hours MIN- Up - We do not exceed 10-15 minutes travel time from the Verrazano Narrows Bridge and clients must be close to public transportation.

Move in/outs or Spring Cleaning- $150.00/$160.00 - UP (1 or more workers)

 Supplies are included but please have a bucket, mop, broom, paper towels,

sponges. Inside of closets and cabinets cleaned (extremely dirty cabinets or

white in color will be charged extra) Bathroom, kitchen, living room, bedrooms

cleaned. Inside/interior of fridge, stove, microwave, dish washer or any other

appliances extra charge will apply, outside of windows extra charge will apply.

Wall cleaning extra charge will apply.

Construction clean ups  - $210.00 - UP (2 or more workers)

One of our managers must review premises before an exact quote is presented.

Estimating Residential Jobs in Person:

1. Bid specs will be faxed or emailed to the client, completed and returned to us

2. Walk through of residence

3. Final estimate rendered to client for final consideration

4. A service agreement outlining work description will be provided by us

Estimating Residential Jobs Over The Phone:

1. Bid specs will be faxed/email (or read to the client over the phone) completed and returned to us

2. Final estimated price range (ex, $100-$130)rendered over the phone
