time/one time customers must pay with cash, Paypal, bank checks or money orders

Commercial
& residential clients can pay with personal or business checks after the 1st
visit. Commercial clients will be billed on the 1st of every month, bi-weekly
or weekly after the 1st visit.

reserve the right to terminate services if we feel threatened or uncomfortable

Upon arrival of your home, we reserve the right to increase price if
client has misinformed us. For example; John Doe informed us that his home
requires medium cleaning but upon arrival it requires heavy.
John Doe
also informed us his home is small but it is actually large in size and has 2
levels instead of 1. We ask our customers to be as honest as possible, read our
policies and provide accurate description of your home. Keep in mind, most of
our estimates are done via phone. Although 98% percentage accurate, there will
be that 2% who provides inaccurate information to us.
Definitions of level of cleaning are listed here:

Light Cleaning - light cleaning rates apply only to spaces that have been
maintained by regular housekeeping and has 1 layer of dirt
build up.

Medium Cleaning - medium cleaning rates apply only to spaces that has been
maintained once per month or every couple of weeks and has
2 layers of dirt build up.

Deep Cleaning - Deep cleaning rates apply only to
spaces that have NOT been maintained by regular housekeeping and has
3-4 layers of dirt build up.

Heavy
Duty Cleaning - heavy duty cleaning rates apply to spaces that have NOT been
cleaned in years and has 4-6 layers of dirt build up.

We
reserve the right to discontinue service if payments are not met

Clients
must cancel within 24 hours of appointment date, please be considerate

An
invoice will be faxed or emailed Residential Clients
who are requesting our services regularly. Payments must be received on date of
service and no later than. Services will be discontinued immediately if not met

There
is a $25 charge attached to checks that are returned as a result of the payer's
account having insufficient funds

Monies
spent to purchase cleaning supplies after the 1st visit will be
stored in your home by ICS and must be reimbursed 100% percent (receipt (s) will
be provided).

Clients
must secure their animals in a safe area away from our staff. Most of our staff
are dog and cat friendly however, aggressive dogs and cats must be locked away.

Important
valuables such as jewelry, credit cards, check books, important documents, money
etc., must be securely locked before our staff arrives. We will not clean rooms
with substantial amount of valuables

We
do not accept extra keys to your home unless you have been a client for an
extended period of time where trust is established. Someone must be present to
let our staff in and must return to lock their doors if it doesn’t shut
automatically

We
are professionals and expect professionalism, we do not tolerate sexual
harassment on the job in any shape or form.

Clients who provide inaccurate
information or details about job spec. will result in partial refund. We
will deduct cleaner's time, Paypal transaction's fee and Paypal refund fee.
