Move In &  Out Cleaning Services

Move in and out cleaning services $150.00 - UP (1 or more workers)

 Supplies are included but please have a bucket, a mop, a dust pan, a broom, paper towels,

scotch brite sponges. Inside of closets and cabinets cleaned (extremely dirty cabinets or

white in color will be charged extra). Spot cleaning of walls included (large amounts of wall areas to be cleaned, will be charged extra).

 1 bedroom/ 1 bath (light - medium cleaning without additional services such as inside of stove/fridge/any other appliances is $150.00. Each additional services will increase in price (click here to view additional rates ). If you are requesting inside of your stove cleaned which requires medium cleaning price will increase to $160.00 $170.00.

1 bedroom - Light to medium $150.00 without additional services

2 Bedrooms - Medium to deep $160.00-$170.00 without additional services

3 Bedrooms - Deep to heavy duty $170.00 - $250.00 without additional services

What You Will Receive on Date of Service:

Living/Dining Rooms & Walkways/Hallways)

• Dust,  sweep floors, vacuum carpets and floors

• Mop hardwood & tile floors (we do not scrub hard wood floors)

• Clean windows/sills (inside) maximum of 8 windows cleaned per job

• Door knobs, dust air vents, empty waste baskets & bagged (we do not dispose of garbage)

• clean all glass surfaces/mirrors/picture frames

• Dust and clean  all baseboards (interior: additional charges will apply)

• Wipe phones with disinfectant and other frequently used items

• Clean and dust corners & edges, clean light switch

Kitchen

• Clean outside of stove top, microwave, refrigerator and all other appliances

• Thorough cleaning of exterior surfaces,  cabinets, etc.

• Disinfect  counter tops, garbage container

• Mop floors and scrub floors if needed (Free of charge to scrub high traffic areas with heavy dirt build up (medium to large areas extra charge will apply)

Bathrooms (cleaned inside/out)

• Sinks, mirrors, toilets, showers, bathtubs, stand in showers, tile  walls

• Clean, polish and shine all wood/chrome surfaces

• Clean and shine all metal items such as faucets and handles

• Scrub floors if needed

• Inside of cabinets

Bedrooms

• Mop floors, dust and clean baseboards, spot clean walls if needed, vacuum if needed

Closets/Cabinets (clean/dust/wipe):

• Inside of 1-3 closets (organizing and removal items/clutter is not included)

• Inside of 1-3 cabinets (organizing and removal items/clutter is not included)

Windows/Frames/Mirrors (Standard size)

• Windows: Standard apartment windows in all rooms cleaned inside not exceeding 8 windows per job (larger windows extra charges will apply)

• Frames: all dusted & wiped if needed

• Mirrors: all dusted & wiped if needed
