Maintaining your home after the initial cleaning

Maintaining your home daily, weekly, bi-weekly, tri-weekly or monthly varies in tasks. Our main focus are the bathrooms, kitchen, controlling accumulations of dust, sweeping and mopping of all floors. All other cleaning tasks will be rotated and executed as needed.

MANDATORY AND AS NEEDED CLEANING TASKS AKA MAINTENANCE CLEANING AND ROTATION CLEANING

General  (Living/Dining Rooms & Walkways/Hallways) - (Interior cleaning of all surfaces are cleaned as needed)

• Dust, polish all furniture 

• Vacuum carpets, sweep floors

• Mop hardwood & tile floors

• Dust windows/sills (inside)  (In Rotation - depends on frequency of visits (daily, weekly, bi- weekly or monthly)

• dust air vents, empty waste baskets & bagged

• dust glass/surfaces, mirrors/picture frames (In Rotation - depends on frequency of visits (daily, weekly, bi- weekly or monthly)

• Dust baseboards, book cases (In Rotation - depends on frequency of visits (daily, weekly, bi- weekly or monthly)

• Wipe phones with disinfectant and other frequently used items

Kitchen (Interior cleaning of appliances and all surfaces are cleaned as needed)

• Clean outside of stove including the top, microwave & refrigerator

• Clean interior of appliances and surfaces (In Rotation - depends on frequency of visits (daily, weekly, bi- weekly or monthly)

• Thorough cleaning of exterior surfaces,  cabinets, kitchen appliances

• Disinfect  counter tops, garbage container

• Hand wash small amount of dishes

• Mop floors (rotating scrubbing of high traffic areas as needed)

Bathrooms (Interior cleaning of medicine cabinets and all surfaces are cleaned as needed)

• Sinks, mirrors, toilets, showers, bathtubs, stand in showers

• Clean, polish and shine some wooded/chrome surfaces

• Clean and shine some metal items such as faucets and handles

• Scrub floors if needed

Bedrooms (Interior cleaning of all surfaces are cleaned as needed)

• Strip beds and remake with fresh linens (1 bed)

• Mop floors, dust furniture, & polish furniture, vacuum if carpeted

Windows/Frames/Mirrors (Standard size: (To see window cleaning prices click here)

• Windows: In Rotation (As needed)

• Frames: Dust all (Wiping and dusting in rotation)

• Mirrors: Dust all (Wiping and dusting in rotation)
