Maintenance cleaning thereafter demands less work.
Hourly Rates $22.00 - 4 hours req'd - Light Cleaning - light cleaning rates apply only to spaces that have been maintained by regular housekeeping and has 1 layer of dirt build up.
$25.00 - 4 hours req'd - Medium Cleaning - medium cleaning rates apply only to spaces that has been maintained once per month or every couple of weeks and has 2 layers of dirt build up.
$34.00 - 3 hours req'd - Heavy Duty Cleaning - heavy duty cleaning rates apply to spaces that have NOT been cleaned in years and has 4-6 layers of dirt build up.
Staten Island, Long Island, NJ Residents $26.00 MIN. + 4 hours MIN- Up

Back to TopWho provides the cleaning supplies?[We provide cleaning supplies for the 1st cleaning. Clients must purchase their own supplies after the 1st initial cleaning. This doesn't apply to clients who are requesting our services once. Although we provide cleaning supplies for the 1st cleaning, the client must have a bucket, a broom, a mop , paper towels, Scotch Brite sponges and a dust pan. If available, a vacuum will be provided for the 1st initial cleaning ONLY! Back to TopCan I prepay for service in advance, if so, is there a discount?[Yes, you can prepay 6 months in advance] Back to TopWill I have the same cleaning person? [Yes, you will have the same cleaning professional for each cleaning visit. We know how important it is to have the same person clean, however sometimes he or she may not be available due to family emergency, sick days, etc. ] Will I need to sign a contract? No, you are not required to sign a contract, however a service agreement outlining cleaning description is mandatory. Please note, if you are away while cleaning is being performed it's recommended to request the cleaner to call you 30-60 minutes prior to completion of job. However, if you are not satisfied we will return within 24-72 hours or your next cleaning date to clean the areas you are not satisfied with. How do I pay for my cleaning Services? We accept cash, money orders or checks. We prefer payments to be made via Paypal. If you would like to pay us via Paypal, please click here. How many people will be cleaning my house? 1 or more workers Must I be home when you clean? No. As long as you leave a extra key for us to get in. What should I do if my something is broken by a house cleaner? Call us immediately at 646-209-9330. We are bonded but not insured therefore we advise that you remove all expensive items prior to our arrival. We will try to replace items broken within our means. Our independent workers are professionals and will try to avoid this from happening. What if I have pets? Do I have to secure them during cleaning? Most of our workers are dog and cat friendly however, we advise that you inform us of your pet (s) prior to our arrival. We are dog and cat friendly other pets must be locked away. This also applies to aggressive cats and dogs. Birds, rabbits, fish, etc. are more than welcome! What preparation is necessary for the cleaning team or person to complete their task? We ask that you remove any extraneous items such as books, clothes, laundry, pans, pots, etc. before we arrive this will make our job much easier. If your freezer needs to be cleaned we ask that you unplug your fridge the night before and if your stove needs to be cleaned please spray with oven cleaner the night before. Supplies such as a mop, bucket, a broom, a dust pan, paper towels, and scotch brite sponges must be available to us. Yes, we are bonded and trained. |
