Restrictions apply to Long Island and Staten Island] Back to TopWhat are the rates and services offered?[Click here to access our rates page and here to view services] Back to TopWhat's the differences between 1st initial cleaning, general/deep cleaning?[Initial Cleaning (Deep Cleaning) 1 or more cleaners The 1st initial cleaning is higher in price because it takes 3-8 hours depending on the size & and amount of work required. Maintenance cleaning thereafter demands less work. Residential/Home Cleaning Level Tiers (L1 to L5) L1 - Light Cleaning – The light cleaning rate applies only to spaces which have been maintained by regular housekeeping and has 1 layer of dirt build up. L2 - Medium Cleaning - The medium cleaning rate applies only to spaces which have been maintained every couple of weeks or at least once per month and has 2 layers of dirt build up. L3- Deep Cleaning - The deep cleaning rate applies only to spaces which have NOT been maintained by regular housekeeping and has 3-4 layers of dirt build up. L4 - Heavy Cleaning – The heavy cleaning rate applies to spaces which have NOT been cleaned in months and has 4-6 layers of dirt build up. L5 – Heavy duty – The heavy duty cleaning rate applies to areas that have massive amounts of dirt and have not been cleaned in years. L6 and above - Call our office Back to TopWhat are the services not offered by ICS?[ We do not iron clothes, provide dry cleaning, and laundry service. If these services are required a service waiver form must be provided. Back to TopWho provides the cleaning supplies?[We provide cleaning supplies for the 1st time cleaning or ongoing if required. Back to TopCan I prepay for service in advance, if so, is there a discount?[Yes, you can prepay 6 months in advance] Back to TopWill I have the same cleaning person? [A full time position guarantee the same person every visit. If you are on a weekly, bi-weekly, tri-weekly or monthly schedule we cannot promise the same person consistently, no company can. We know how important it is to have the same person clean your home, however sometimes he or she may need full time work, not available due to family emergency, sick days, etc. In the event, there is a change of face you will be notified in advance.] Will I need to sign a contract? No, you are not required to sign a contract. A contract is only required for long term full time jobs. Please note, if you are away while cleaning is being performed we recommend that you request the cleaner call you 30-60 minutes prior to job completion We have implemented a simple service process ensuring that every customer is happy provided they are on the jobsite to inspect finished product. We recommend scheduling your cleaning appointment on a day you will be home to approve the job. On service date if there any issues and or concerns we can address them at that time. There are no return visits or refunds. How do I pay for my cleaning Services? We accept all major credit cards except American Express via phone or Paypal payment using any major credit card, please click here. How many people will be cleaning my house? 1 or more workers. Must I be home when you clean? No, the following options are available: 1. Leave key copies with your door man, super, friend or neighbor 2. Mail key copies to our office (no longer available) 3. Drop off key copies to our office (no longer available) What should I do if my something is broken by a house cleaner? Call us immediately at 347-492-0075 and follow protocol listed here. Resolution Department: We are here to assist with any complaints, should you need to file a claim and request a return visit please follow protocol listed below:
1. Call 347-492-0075 option 103 2. Form will be emailed or faxed to you 3. Allow 1 to 3 day for us to resolve the matter What if I have pets? Do I have to secure them during cleaning? Most of our workers are dog and cat friendly however, we advise that you inform us of your pet (s) prior to our arrival. We are dog and cat friendly other pets must be locked away. This also applies to aggressive cats and dogs. Birds, rabbits, fish, etc. are more than welcome! What preparation is necessary for the cleaning team or person to complete their task? We ask that you remove any extraneous items such as books, clothes, laundry, pans, pots, etc. before we arrive this will make our job much easier. If your freezer needs to be cleaned we ask that you unplug your fridge the night before and if your stove needs to be cleaned please spray with oven cleaner the night before. Yes, we are. |
