 Construction cleaning services  (2 or more workers)

One of our managers must review premises before an exact quote is presented.  Supplies are included but please have a bucket, mop, broom, paper towels, sponges and a dust pan. Inside of closets and cabinets cleaned (extremely dirty cabinets or white in color will be charged extra) Bathroom, kitchen, living room, bedrooms cleaned. Inside/interior of fridge, stove, microwave, dish washer or any other appliances extra charge will apply, outside of windows extra charge will apply. Wall cleaning extra charge will apply.

What You Will Receive on Date of Service:

Living/Dining Rooms & Walkways/Hallways)

• Dust, polish all furniture, sweep floors

• Vacuum carpets and floors

• Mop hardwood & tile floors

• Clean windows/sills (inside) maximum of 8 windows cleaned per job

• Door knobs, dust air vents, empty waste baskets & bagged

• clean all glass surfaces/mirrors/picture frames

• Dust and clean  baseboards, book cases

• Wipe phones with disinfectant and other frequently used items

• Clean and dust corners & edges, clean light switch

Kitchen

• Clean outside of stove top, microwave & refrigerator

• Thorough cleaning of exterior surfaces,  cabinets, kitchen appliances

• Disinfect  counter tops, garbage container

• Hand wash small amount of dishes

• Mop floors (Free of charge to scrub high traffic areas with heavy dirt build up (medium to large areas extra charge will apply)

Bathrooms

• Sinks, mirrors, toilets, showers, bathtubs, stand in showers, tile  walls

• Clean, polish and shine all wood/chrome surfaces

• Clean and shine all metal items such as faucets and handles

• Scrub floors if needed

Bedrooms

• Strip beds and remake with fresh linens (1 bed)

• Mop floors, dust & polish furniture, vacuum if needed

Closets/Cabinets:

• Inside of 1-3 closets (organizing and removal items/clutter is not included)

• Inside of 1-3 cabinets (organizing and removal items/clutter is not included)

Windows/Frames/Mirrors (Standard size)

• Windows: Standard apartment windows in all rooms cleaned inside not exceeding 8 windows per job (larger windows extra charges will apply)

• Frames: all dusted & wiped if needed

• Mirrors: all dusted & wiped if needed

INTERIOR CLEANING OF ALL APPLIANCES, CLOSETS, CABINETS AT NO EXTRA CHARGE (DRY AND WET AREAS)

INTERIOR CLEANING---> interior cleaning of fridge, oven, microwave , dishwasher, etc.:
