ledges, clean mirrors (inside)/picture frames, dust air vents, clean top of
partitions
Bathrooms:
Clean wall tiles, sweep and wash ceramic
tile floors, clean and sanitize countertops/sinks, polish all metal items such
as faucets and handles, clean cabinets, empty and clean sanitary disposal
receptacles, clean all glass surfaces, clean mirrors and picture frames, clean
paper dispensers, refill bathroom items if required, clean light fixtures,
dust air vents
Lobbies:
Dust, clean glass surfaces of all fingerprints
Elevators:
Vacuum, mop, clean handrails, dust air vents
or fans
Walkthrough, Bidding/Proposal:
1. Bid specification form will be sent to
client for completion
2. Walk through of facility
3. Bid/proposal rendered to client for final
consideration
Office/commercial cleaning services rate is
provided after a walkthrough is provided.
