Cleaning Levels (1 to 4):

L1 - Light
Cleaning - light cleaning rate apply only to spaces that have been maintained by
regular housekeeping and has 1 layer of dirt build up.

L2 - Medium
Cleaning - medium cleaning rate apply only to spaces that has been maintained
once per month or every couple of weeks and has 2 layers of dirt build up.
·
L3- Deep
Cleaning - Deep cleaning rates apply only to spaces that have NOT been
maintained by regular housekeeping and has 3-4 layers of dirt build up.
·
L4 - Heavy
Cleaning – heavy cleaning rate apply to spaces that have NOT been cleaned in
months and has 4-6 layers of dirt build up.
·
L5 – Heavy duty
– heavy duty cleaning rate apply to areas that has massive amount of dirt that
has not been cleaned in years.
Office Cleaning/Commercial Cleaning/Janitorial Cleaning Services
Office Space:
Empty waste baskets, dust and clean
desks/office furniture, dust & clean exterior of computer equipment, clean
reception areas, clean baseboards, vacuum carpets, detailed vacuuming of
corners & edges, mop tile and linoleum floors, mop plastic mats, wipe window
ledges, clean mirrors (inside)/picture frames, dust air vents, clean top of
partitions
Bathrooms:
Clean wall tiles, sweep and wash ceramic
tile floors, clean and sanitize countertops/sinks, polish all metal items such
as faucets and handles, clean cabinets, empty and clean sanitary disposal
receptacles, clean all glass surfaces, clean mirrors and picture frames, clean
paper dispensers, refill bathroom items if required, clean light fixtures,
dust air vents, spot clean walls
Lobbies:
Dust, clean glass surfaces of all fingerprints
Elevators:
Vacuum, mop, clean handrails, dust air vents
or fans
Walkthrough, Bidding/Proposal:
1. We gladly provide phone
estimates for smaller to medium offices ranging between 0 to 1000 square
footage
2. Schedule a free walk through of facility/unit
3. We then e-mail or fax bid/proposal to client for final
consideration
