2. Phone Estimate: 98% of our jobs are estimated over the phone for free
3. Hire Us: Work order is completed over the phone and an e-mail confirmation is sent. Client is responsible for providing the following supplies mop, bucket, paper towels, Scote Brite sponges, step ladder/stools, dust pan and a broom (and a vacuum if needed).
4. Service Agreement: Signed via our website
5. Payment: Pay via Paypal.com or call 646-209-9330 to process payment. Payment is due prior to service date. Currently there are no managers available for cash pick up.  New York Sales tax of 8.375% will apply.
6. Date Of Service: One or more of our cleaners will arrive on scheduled date/time to clean your home with general cleaning supplies.
    
7. Follow Up Call: We aim to please!  So we take great pride in calling our clients after services has been completed.
