Residential Cleaner Hourly Rate: $10.00-$12.00

 Independent Contractors Job Requirements:

• MUST SPEAK AND UNDERSTAND THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE

• MUST HAVE GREAT LISTENING SKILLS

• KNOWS HOW TO DEAL WITH FUSSY CLIENTS

• MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR RESIDENTIAL CLEANING EXPERIENCE

• MUST HAVE ACTIVE CLIENTELE AND/OR WANT TO ESTABLISH JOBS WITH US

 ICS is seeking individuals who are familiar with residential cleaning.  Cleaners who know the difference between  Initial cleaning, on-going reoccurring services and additional/add on services.  Individuals must speak English, pay attention to detail and is seeking additional work as an independent contractor (SIMPLY WORKING FOR YOURSELF).  Understands how to adjust to different personalities while working on the job. Familiar with Spring, move-out/ins cleaning. We pay $10.00 - $12.00 hourly or by the assignment and an independent contractor agreement must be signed by both parties.

Cleaners who have worked in the cleaning industry understands that some jobs may require you for 4 or more hours per job (EX: 4, 5, 6, 7 or 12 hours) there is traveling involved and this is a clientele driven job. Lastly, you must be familiar with cleaning supplies and the proper techniques required to execute each job in a professional manner.

Residential Cleaning Requirements:

§         Bathroom:  tubs, tiles, floor, sink, dusting, cleaning mirrors/chrome, cleaning toilets, windows, scrubbing bathroom floors if necessary, sweeping, faucets

§         Kitchen: stove top, oven, fridge, sweeping, microwave, other kitchen appliances, dusting, scrubbing floors if necessary, window

§         Bedroom/Living room/Hallway: dusting, mopping, sweeping, cleaning inside of window glass/panel/frames, making beds, vacuuming carpet/floors, organizing clutter such as books, clothes etc., cleaning closets/cabinets if required

Familiar With The traveling Aspect of The Job:

§         Jobs may be in manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx or Staten Island

§         May have to take bus or train to and from these locations

§         May have one or two jobs per day depending on your schedule

Pay Scale & Hours Involved:

§         ICS pays hourly or by the assignment some job may take 3 hours others more

§         Must be flexible with these types of minimum hours and pay range

Steady Workflow Takes Time:

§         Some jobs may be one time or on-going

§         As time goes on you will build up your clientele on a daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis

§         Landing reoccurring clients will solely depend on your work performance

 

Training (UNAVAILABLE):

§         We will work with you on 1 or 2 jobs as to familiarize yourself with our cleaning techniques and to  improve your skills

§         We will pay you $8.00 an hour during this training

It’s your decision to accept or decline jobs that may include any or one of the following:

Laundry, dog and cat on premises, locations such as Staten Island, Long Island,  etc.
