Placement Processes Candidates are placed based on client's job specifications, location, certificate (s) requirements, training, personality types and budget Clients are provided a data sheet of candidates, a personalized job description for each family and copies of ID's/social security cards. We provide continuous support or advice to clients.
Screening Process: Work history verification, reference and background check are conducted by us. Candidates are also interviewed by the owner and manager.
Candidate Identification Information & Paperwork Furnished to client.
Account Management & Compensation: Handled by us.
Paper Work and Forms Required Client Registration Form, Agreement & Credit Card Information Form.
