Placement Services One Time, Short Term or Long Assignments
Placement Processes Candidates are placed based on client's job specifications, location, certificate (s) requirements, training, personality types and pay rate. Clients are provided a data sheet of candidates, a personalized job description for each family and copies of ID's/social security cards. We provide continuous support or advice to clients.
Our Screening Process: Candidates must have experience in his or her field, resume, references and we provide a full background check. Candidates are also interviewed by the owner and manager. We then enter all acceptable applicants into our database. Copies of social security cards and IDs are kept in our files.
Our Fees Our placement is starts at $75.00. Our fee is not based on candidates salary.
Pay Roll/Hourly Rates for Candidates We will negotiate a fair rate on your behalf, however you are responsible for payroll and reporting tax deductions to the IRS. Our general acceptance rate is $8.00-$10.00 (sometimes more) hourly for candidates. Candidates generally work a minimum of 5 hours per job or per day.
Locations Serviced We provide placement services in Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Long Island, New Jersey, Staten Island and New York City.
Payment Policy Payment is due in full date candidate arrive in your home. If you are not pleased with your worker within 14 days and he or she cannot be replaced you will be reimbursed 50% of placement fee.
Terms Our job is to refer candidates based on your specification therefore we are not responsibly or liability for misuse of conduct in your home/office. Once placement has been finalized the candidate becomes your "worker" and solely your "responsibility". Client will still be responsible for compensating worker if they are replaced or dismissed within 14 days.
