Looking for an aggressive outside sales person to rack up commercial janitorial accounts throughout Brooklyn, Queens and New City, Bronx.

This aggressive candidate must be driven, quick, sharp, extremely personable and most importantly wants to make big bucks $$$!

This person must help mold and grow the commercial sector!!!!!! Must be able to land stable commercial accounts.

This position is suitable for someone with a sales and marketing background.

Some of your duties:

• land and manage account

• create own marketing ideas to increase sales (company will pay for marketing materials)

• conduct in person walkthroughs -create and send estimate/proposals to clients

• superior follow up skills

• account management

• attend marketing events

• **contact leads generated from company and land major accounts

• **generate your own leads and land major accounts

Experience:

Pay and Commission (please read on-boarding terms):

• $100.00 to $200.00 weekly salary in three months + 3% to 15% percent (for one time and ongoing accounts)

Benefits:

• Unlimited monthly metro pass

Potential Earnings:

• Below average $15,000 to $20,000

• Average $30K

• Good $40

• Excellent $60

• Superior $100K

Contract renewal:

• Every three months-based on sales performance, contract terminated if sales quota not met.

Work schedule:

Work from home. Visit office at least once weekly for sales update

On-boarding terms:

Be able to land 1 recur PERMANENT account in one month from start date totaling at least $1200.00 if not met $400.00 (weekly $100.00 times 4 weeks) will not be paid and contract is terminated.

If 1 account AFTER MONTH 1 pay increases to $50.00 weekly, MONTH 2 accounts pay increases to another $50.00, ETC. Max salary increase is $200.00 weekly + commission.
