We are currently seeking 4 Star
Residential Cleaners who have at least 5 years cleaning experience and is working
independently. We will do a background check, reference check, face to face
interview and a verbal situational quiz. If you do not fit these requirements
please do not call us. You must have all qualification listed below to contact
us:
$15.00 hourly + reimbursable
expenses such as tolls & gas
(restrictions applies for gas)
- Dependent cleaner
- Cell
phone
- You must be thorough, an
expert in your field, knows your craft
- Requires minimal training,
pays attention to details, white gloves cleaner
- Knows how to handle
criticism from Clients or the Company
- Knows how to deal with fussy
clients
- Must be stable, reliable, no
head games, no babysitting issues, just wants to work
- Be able to drive to Staten
Island, Long Island, and the Bronx if needed
- Knows the 5 boros very well
so commuting should not be an issue
- Must have excellent
communication and be able to listen to client's needs and execute
- Will purchase their own
cleaning supply startup kit if needed (supplies
we use)
- One training without
pay and must be good, if you are not an EXPERT please do not call us
- Very mature and
doesn't need
micromanaging
- Proof of drivers license,
insurance and registration a must, please do not call us if you do not have
- Resume of cleaning jobs only
- no lengthy unrelated jobs please - only residential cleaning experiences
Cleaners
must
know the difference between
Initial cleaning,
on-going services and
additional services. Understands how
to adjust to different personalities while working on the job. Familiar with
Spring, move-out/ins cleaning, etc. An
independent contractor agreement must be signed by both parties.
Cleaners must know some jobs may
require you for 3 or more hours per job (EX: 4, 5, 6, 7 or 12 hours) there is
traveling involved and this is a clientele driven job. Lastly, you must be
familiar with cleaning supplies and what’s needed to execute a job in an
professional manner.
Residential cleaning
requirements:
§
Bathroom:
tubs, tiles, floor, sink, dusting, cleaning mirrors/chrome, cleaning toilets,
windows, scrubbing bathroom floors if necessary, sweeping, faucets
§
Kitchen:
stove top, oven, fridge, sweeping, microwave, other kitchen appliances, dusting,
scrubbing floors if necessary, window
§
Bedroom/Living room/Hallway:
dusting, mopping, sweeping, cleaning inside of window glass/panel/frames, making
beds, vacuuming carpet/floors, organizing clutter such as books, clothes etc.,
cleaning closets/cabinets if required
Familiar with the traveling aspect of the job:
§
Jobs may be in
NYC, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Island or Staten Island
§
May have one
or two jobs per day depending on your schedule
Pay Scale & Hours Involved:
§
ICS pays
hourly or by the assignment some job may take 3 hours others more
§
Must be
flexible with these types of minimum hours and pay range
Clientele acquisition job Concept (on-going process):

Some jobs may
be one time or on-going
§
As time goes
on you will build up your clientele on a daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly
basis
§
Booking
clients will solely depend on your work performance
