Maid Application 

REQUIREMENTS

We are currently hiring maids with at least 6 months cleaning experience. We complete a background check, reference check, face to face interview and a verbal situational quiz. If you do not fit these requirements please do not call us. You must have all qualifications listed below to contact us:

$10.00 - $20.00 hourly CAREER CLEANERS WITH INTERNET CONNECTION/EMAIL ADDRESS/CELL PHONE

• Be able to handle all dirt levels including heavy duty cleaning
• Email address required
• Internet connection required
• Okay with cleaning roach infested units
• Okay with cleaning units that have bed bugs if required
• Okay with sorting and bagging clutter
• Must be available to provide all  services (except for biohazard jobs if you do not feel comfortable)
• Cell phone required
• You must be thorough, an expert in your field, meticulous
• Attention to details, white gloves cleaner
• Knows how to handle criticism from Clients or the Company
• Knows how to deal with fussy clients
• Must be stable, reliable, no head games, no babysitting issues, available to work
• Familiar with the 4 boroughs so commuting is not an issue
• Mobile cleaning supplies (supplies we use)
• Very mature and doesn't need micromanaging
• Resume of cleaning jobs only  - no lengthy unrelated jobs please - only residential/commercial cleaning experiences

Cleaners must know the difference between  Initial cleaning, on-going services and additional services.    Knows how to adjust to different personalities while working on the job. Familiar with Spring, Clutter Removal, Human Waste, Move In & Out jobs.

Cleaners must know that the number of hours per job varies between 3 to 8 hours or more. No job or client is ever the same  and there is traveling involved. Please note that this is a clientele driven job. Lastly, you must be familiar with cleaning supplies and what’s needed to execute a job in a professional manner.

Residential cleaning requirements:

§         Bathroom:  tubs, tiles, floor, sink, dusting, cleaning mirrors/chrome, cleaning toilets, windows, scrubbing bathroom floors if necessary, sweeping, faucets

§         Kitchen: stove top, oven, fridge, sweeping, microwave, other kitchen appliances, dusting, scrubbing floors if necessary, window cleaning

§         Bedroom/Living room/Hallway: dusting, mopping, sweeping, cleaning inside of window glass/panel/frames, making beds, vacuuming carpet/floors, organizing clutter such as books, clothes etc., cleaning closets/cabinets if required

Familiar with the traveling aspect of the job:

§         Jobs may be in NYC, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx

§         May have one or two jobs per day depending on your schedule

Pay Scale & Hours Involved:

§         ICS pays hourly or by the assignment some job may take 3 hours others more

§         Must be flexible with these types of minimum hours and pay range

Clientele acquisition job Concept (on-going process):

§         Some jobs may be one time or on-going

§         As time goes on you will build up your clientele on a daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis

§         Booking clients will solely depend on your work performance
